To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your holster back to us.

Once we receive your returned holster, we'll process a refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Please note that we can only accept returns on holsters that have not been modified or damaged by the customer. If the holster is visibly used outside of normal wear or has been modified in any way by the customer, we will not be able to process a return.
